Questions, answered plainly
What software do I need?
A tested desktop browser and a designated wallet profile, chosen when you prepare an order — never at landing. Compatibility evidence for that profile is still being gathered. Reading a quote needs no wallet; on an unsupported phone you can read everything and resume on a tested desktop after signing in again.
Who pays execution costs?
On the current test profile, each participant covers their own execution capacity; the actual requirement is shown before any action that needs it. Sponsored execution is a deferred experiment with no selected sponsor — there is no “free forever” promise.
What does “private” mean?
Commercial terms stay off the public ledger. Milo, the merchant, the payment provider and the chosen proving path each see the data they actually receive. Private does not mean anonymous, and a proof is not a quality guarantee.
What if I lose my approval capability?
A recovery kit preserves your approval capability and is verified before any payment hold. Without it, an order can become read-only — signing in again cannot recreate it.
How long are the deadlines?
Each order carries agreed delivery and review deadlines, shown with timezone before you consent. The current 24-hour delivery and 12-hour review windows are initial product hypotheses, not validated market requirements.
Which devices are supported?
Tested desktop browsers first. Other devices can read quotes and orders; consequential actions stay on the tested profile.
Can I cancel an order?
The buyer can cancel before the merchant accepts. After acceptance, the pre-agreed operator resolves disputes in full — approval or cancellation, never a partial rewrite of the agreement.
